considered to be more about the physical body, the
findings of modern anatomy and physiology have been
incorporated into the exercise programs to increase
their effectiveness.
Briefly put, yoga is a system
of systems whai when applied, create better health,
fitness, power of mind and concentration and provides
ways to be more effective in life.
